At Trizelonshun, we strive to provide quality workplace active break programs and services. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be issued.
2. Service Agreements
Refund eligibility depends on the type of service agreement and the stage of service delivery:
2.1 Consultation Services
Initial consultation fees are non-refundable once the consultation has been scheduled, as we reserve time and resources for your appointment.
2.2 Program Implementation
For program implementation services:
- Before Program Start: Full refund available if cancellation occurs at least 14 days before the scheduled program start date
- 7-14 Days Before Start: 50% refund available
- Less Than 7 Days Before Start: No refund available
- After Program Start: No refunds for services already delivered; prorated refunds may be considered for remaining services on a case-by-case basis
2.3 Subscription Services
For ongoing subscription-based services:
- Cancellations must be submitted at least 30 days before the next billing cycle
- No refunds for partial months or unused portions of the current billing period
- Access continues until the end of the paid period
3. Refund Request Process
To request a refund:

- Include your name, organization, service details, and reason for the refund request
- Provide proof of payment (invoice number or transaction ID)
- Submit your request within the applicable timeframe
4. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to process the refund.
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable:
- Completed consultation services
- Digital materials and resources already accessed or downloaded
- Customized program designs and materials
- Services already rendered
- Administrative or setup fees
- Third-party costs incurred on your behalf
6. Service Concerns
If you have concerns about our services, please contact us immediately. We are committed to addressing issues and finding satisfactory solutions. We will work with you to:
- Understand the specific concerns
- Identify potential remedies
- Adjust services to better meet your needs
- Determine if a refund or credit is appropriate
7. Force Majeure
In cases where services cannot be delivered due to circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, etc.), we will work with you to reschedule services or provide alternative solutions. Refunds in such situations will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
8. Modifications to Services
If we make significant changes to agreed-upon services that materially affect the value or nature of what was purchased, you may be eligible for a refund of the affected portion.
9. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback with your payment provider without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback and may suspend or terminate services.
10. Exceptions
We reserve the right to make exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. Any exceptions granted do not constitute a waiver of this policy for future transactions.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
